We loved bringing our Sources of Strength campaign to STEM Career Day! ⚓
With the theme “SAIL to the FUTURE using your STRENGTHS,” students wrote a personal strength on paper chains that we linked together to create a giant sail for our Viking ship — showing that we move forward stronger together. Participants also received a compass as a reminder to stay on course and follow their strengths. 🧭

PGM Y-LEAD members attended a Rotary luncheon yesterday at Rainwater Conference Center where they engaged with community leaders, including Lowndes County Tax Commissioner Clay Guess, and took part in the meeting's formal proceedings. #FutureLeaders

📚❤️ Mrs. Soldani’s 7th graders visited the media center last week for a Valentine’s-themed “speed dating” activity where they rotated through a variety of books from different genres.
Students had a few minutes with each title to preview, read a few pages, and decide if it could be a good match. From mystery and graphic novels to historical fiction and nonfiction, everyone had the chance to explore something new. The goal? Step outside their usual favorites, discover new interests, and maybe even find their next great read. ❤️📚 #PGMreads

STEM, sports, and history all in one unforgettable trip! 🧪🏀✨
Our 8th graders took on Atlanta for an incredible field trip experience last week—kicking things off with STEM Day with the Atlanta Hawks, cheering loudly at an exciting Hawks game, exploring powerful stories at the National Center for Civil and Human Rights, and touring the World of Coca-Cola! ❤️🖤 #STEM #ATL

Ms. Smith's physical science students investigated Newton’s First Law (The Law of Inertia) by rotating through hands-on lab stations to see how objects at rest really do want to stay at rest. From analyzing friction to the classic "tablecloth pull" trick, our scientists were putting physics to the ultimate test! #STEM
